Personal Trainers at Fitness on Fire work with one-on-one clients, semi private clients, and in small group sessions with a 1 to 6 trainer/client ratio. Fitness on Fire offers a competitive base compensation plus opportunities for commission.

Responsibilities Create a program for all individual clients which will include a customized workout plan, nutritional guidance, and progress tracking to help them achieve their fitness goals. Aid in team building activities, fundraisers, and outings. Aquire new clients Inspire and motivate exisiting clients by providing excellent customer service Qualifications Every client at fitnes On Fire works with a personal trainer.

Our Persoanl Trainers play a vital role in the success of our members and gym. In addition to understanding the principles of quality movement and proper exercise technique, you must be able to: Coach, motivate and inspire members at every stage of their fitness journey Present and sell training packages Provide exceptional customer service and build a loyal client base Preferred Qualifications Prior Personal Trainer experience is preferred but not required Certifications/Education Applicants must hold the following degrees and certifications: High School Diploma or GED Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certification Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Fitness or related field OR an approved Personal Training Certification (listed below): NASM, ACSM, ACE, Cooper Institute for Aerobics Research, C.H.E.K, IFPA, NCSF, NESTA, NFPT, NSCA, PTA Global, ISSA
