Job description

The Scrum Master / ServiceNow Project Manager for the Healthcare Platform will be responsible for managing the implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions within the healthcare sector. This remote role requires strong project management skills and a deep understanding of agile methodologies.
This position is contingent on award, with a standard typically a 30 day turnaround.
โ€ข Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring effective team collaboration.
โ€ข Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to define project scope, priorities, and deliverables.
โ€ข Manage the project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
โ€ข Remove impediments and provide guidance to teams to enhance their productivity and performance.
โ€ข Track project progress, metrics, and reports, providing regular updates to stakeholders on project status and performance.
โ€ข Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions tailored for healthcare environments.
โ€ข Promote a culture of continuous improvement and agile best practices within the team.
Requirements
โ€ข Candidates must be U.S. citizens or Green Card with ability to obtain a Public Trust.
