Job description

Responsive Recruiter

This is not just a caregiving job. It's a chance to change someone's dayโ€”and sometimes their life.

At Executive Home Care of Lake Washington, we're looking for caregivers who lead with compassion, patience, and kindness. Skills can be taught, but a genuine heart for helping others is what truly makes an exceptional caregiver. If you find joy in helping seniors feel safe, respected, and cared for, we'd love to meet you. Every day, you'll help clients remain independent in the place they love mostโ€”their homeโ€”while providing the companionship, dignity, and support they deserve.

What Makes Our Team Different?

We're a family-led, caregiver-first agency that believes the people providing care deserve care too. You're more than a scheduleโ€”we value and support our caregivers. We focus on building meaningful client-caregiver relationships. We celebrate compassion, reliability, and the difference you make every day. We believe caregiving is one of the most important jobs in the world.

What You'll Receive

  • Competitive Pay
  • Flexible 4โ€“12 Hour Shifts
  • Ongoing Training & Professional Development
  • Supportive Leadership Team
  • PPE Provided
  • Referral Bonuses
  • Consistent Client Assignments
  • Mileage & Toll Reimbursement
  • Paid Sick Leave with Rollover Benefits
  • The Opportunity to Make a Real Difference Every Day

We're Looking For Someone Who:

  • Treats every client with dignity, patience, and respect
  • Has a genuine passion for helping seniors and vulnerable adults
  • Takes pride in providing exceptional care
  • Understands that caregiving is more than completing tasksโ€”it's building trust and meaningful connections

Qualifications

  • Active Home Care Aide (HCA) Certification or CNA license
  • Prior caregiving experience preferred, but not required
  • Memory Care experience is a plus
  • CPR and First Aid preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Join a Team That Values Your Heart as Much as Your Experience

If you're the kind of person who checks in on others, goes the extra mile, and believes every client deserves to feel valued and cared for, we want to hear from you. Apply today and help us redefine what home care should feel likeโ€”for both clients and caregivers.

Compensation: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
