We're looking for an energetic and organized Shift Supervisor to lead our team at our Decatur location (1135 W. Wood). As a Shift Supervisor, you'll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring smooth, efficient shifts while maintaining exceptional customer service and fostering a positive team environment. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact on our store's success.

  • Lead and supervise shift operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to company standards
  • Manage and motivate team members, providing guidance, support, and constructive feedback to drive performance
  • Handle cash management, including register operations, cash counts, and financial reconciliation
  • Answer phones, take orders, and interact with customers to deliver outstanding service and resolve concerns
  • Oversee food preparation, quality control, and cleanliness standards throughout the shift
  • Delegate responsibilities effectively and ensure all employees understand their duties
  • Maintain open communication with team members and management regarding operational issues and opportunities for improvement
  • Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds, cleaning, and food handling as needed
  • Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs to management
