We are a private home care provider that assist people with chronic medical and physical conditions with the necessary resources and personal care assistance they need while living in their homes. MCMS uses the trans-disciplinary team approach to serve those who are in need of Nursing Services, Personal Care, and Companion/Sitter care.
Job Description
The Home Health Aide-CNA is primarily responsible for providing direct care to the patients while they are living in their home.
Caring for the patient's including but not limited to:
• Bathing (showering/sponge bath, etc)
• Grooming, (hair and nails) and hygiene
• Walking, standing, positioning with mobility
• Feeding meal preparation, nutritional supervision
• Toileting/catheter, etc.
• Shopping, run errands
• Medication reminder
• Transportation
• Nutritional plans
Qualifications
  • Required CNA in Georgia ; with 2 years experience
  • Knowledge of personal care and disability conditions
  • Experience working with children, adults and elderly

Additional Information
Salary is based on experience and will be addressed upon interview.
This position is a Part-time/PRN position and requires some weekends and on-call.
