We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide personal care and daily living assistance to clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will support the clientโ€™s health, comfort, and overall well-being while maintaining dignity and respect.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with personal care tasks including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
  • Provide assistance with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
  • Support with feeding and ensure proper nutrition as needed
  • Monitor and report changes in the clientโ€™s condition
  • Provide medication reminders as directed
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and maintaining a clean environment
  • Offer companionship and emotional support
  • Follow the established care plan and agency guidelines
  • Qualifications
