Join Heal Motion Care as a dedicated Full-Time Outpatient Physical Therapist, where you will be instrumental in enhancing patients' recovery journeys. The position is located in our outpatient office, with a collaborative and multidisciplinary atmosphere that emphasizes teamwork and communication. Our facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art technology to support both in-person treatments and telehealth sessions, ensuring a flexible approach to patient care. We maintain a dynamic work environment where physical therapists regularly consult with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

• Conduct detailed Physical Therapy evaluations for children and adults, assessing their individual needs and capabilities.
• Craft individualized treatment plans that align with patient goals and promote recovery, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Regularly monitor and reassess patient progress through standard clinical measures to determine treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
• Complete documentation in a timely manner using our electronic health record system, including SOAP notes and progress summaries.
• Educate patients and their families about the recovery process, setting realistic expectations and empowering them to actively participate in rehabilitation.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure clients receiving multiple services benefit from a cohesive treatment approach.
• Uphold the company’s values by fostering a supportive and positive patient experience, acting as an ambassador for Heal Motion Care.

At Heal Motion Care, our patient demographic is remarkably diverse, including individuals with varying ages, backgrounds, and medical conditions. This allows our physical therapists to gain extensive experience working with diverse populations, tailoring treatment strategies to accommodate varying cultural and personal needs.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required, with a preference for candidates holding a Master’s degree or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT).
• A current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license issued by the California Board of Physical Therapy.
• Ability to deliver evaluations and treatments in both in-person and telehealth settings as clinically appropriate.
• A strong passion for working with a diverse range of patients, advocating inclusivity in therapy approaches.
• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to respond to the evolving healthcare landscape.
• Proven collaborative skills with a focus on teamwork and customer service excellence.

• Experience working in outpatient settings, particularly with pediatric therapy, is highly desirable.
• Previous experience utilizing telehealth platforms for therapy could be an asset.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and documentation practices in a clinical setting.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, reflective of experience and credentials. In addition to competitive salary, Heal Motion Care offers a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
