• Conduct individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions, adapting methods to meet varying client needs and preferences.
• Assess client conditions and develop personalized treatment plans that outline achievable goals and therapeutic strategies.
• Utilize evidence-based approaches and therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care, tailored to client strengths.
• Provide ongoing support and encouragement to assist clients in navigating emotional, behavioral, or psychological challenges.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, attending case consultations and team meetings to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation, adhering to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Participate in professional development activities to stay current with developments, trends, and best practices in the counseling field.

The ideal candidate will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults from various backgrounds. Serving a diverse population, you will be instrumental in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Your cultural sensitivity and adaptability to different client needs will be crucial in providing effective support and fostering a safe therapeutic environment.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• An active license as a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Arizona.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of connecting with clients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in managing caseloads effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to approach therapy with cultural competence and sensitivity.

• Previous experience providing mental health services in a community health or clinic setting.
• Exposure to group therapy settings and facilitation of support groups.
• Experience working with underserved populations, enhancing equity in mental health services.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and online therapy modalities.
