Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist with Heal Motion Care, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough evaluations for children and clients of all ages, assessing their physical abilities and crafting tailored treatment plans.
• Implementing and executing individualized therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote recovery and enhance functional mobility.
• Regularly monitoring patient progress by reassessing clinical signs and symptoms, adjusting treatment strategies and goals as necessary to maximize efficacy.
• Accurately documenting patient interactions and treatment plans using our electronic record system, ensuring timely completion of SOAP notes and progress summaries.
• Providing education and support to patients and their families, guiding them through the recovery process and addressing anticipated challenges.
• Meeting productivity and utilization goals while contributing to other departmental business objectives to help streamline operations.
• Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary colleagues to ensure holistic care for clients receiving various services.
• Embarking on initiatives that align with our company’s culture, embodying our core values, and acting as an ambassador for Heal Motion Care.

Qualifications
