Headhunters information

What kind of job does a headhunter do?

A headhunter, also known as an executive recruiter, identifies and contacts potential candidates for specialized or high-level positions on behalf of companies. They assess candidate qualifications, conduct interviews, and facilitate the hiring process, often working with recruiting tools and maintaining industry knowledge.

Is it worth using a headhunter to find a job?

Headhunters are specialized recruiters who connect job seekers with companies, often in executive or niche roles. Using a headhunter can provide access to unadvertised opportunities, industry insights, and personalized guidance, but they typically work with candidates who have relevant experience and skills. Their services are usually free for job seekers, as they are paid by the hiring companies.
