The full-time schedule will include weekday and alternating weekend hours up to 40 hours per week.Location: 1000 St. Albans Drive, Raleigh NC 27609. Pay Rate: $19.72/hr.Your impact:The Teller makes a great first impression on our members. Tellers use technical skills and problem solving to provide members with exceptional service using video via our Interactive Teller Machines. As a key contributor to the Coastal team, your responsibilities will be:(50%) Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, account transfers, and cash checks (20%) Assist with member concerns or issues in a timely manner by resolving them personally or by referring to branch staff (10%) Educate members regarding products and services we offer and recognize opportunities for referrals to branch staff for follow-up (10%) Communicate with the management team and present ideas for improving efficiency, increasing revenue, and reducing expenses (10%) Make contributions to foster a team environment, strive to meet individual performance metrics, and be aligned with corporate initiatives with a focus on member experience.  Interested?
