Job Summary

PART TIME, EVENT BASED, IN PARTNERSHIP WITH FISERV FORUM, MILWAUKEE BUCKS, AND MARQUETTE EAGLES
$18.45/HR, UNION POSITION.

  • Fiserv Forum, VVIP Club seeking Servers for a union, part-time, event-based role. Servers are responsible for providing high-level food and beverage service in a fast-paced environment.

    This is a union role with part-time, event-based scheduling. Open availability-including nights, weekends, and holidays-is required.

    As a Server you will be responsible for delivering a refined, attentive, and memorable dining experience. You will guide guests through our menu with deep knowledge and enthusiasm,

    anticipate their needs with precision, and ensure every detail aligns with the standards of luxury hospitality.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Greet guests warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
    • Present menus, describe dishes, and make knowledgeable recommendations, including wine pairings and chef cials.
    • Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system efficiently.
    • Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
    • Provide attentive, anticipatory service throughout the meal, including course clearing, refills, and special requests.
    • Handle guest concerns gracefully, ensuring satisfaction and swift resolution.
    • Maintain pristine cleanliness and presentation of tables and service areas.
    • Follow all health and safety standards, including food handling and sanitation guidelines.
    • Collaborate with teammates and managers to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
     Qualifications:
    • Minimum 2 years of server experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting.
    • Knowledge of wine, spirits, and gourmet cuisine.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
    • Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    • Professional demeanor and grooming; a warm, gracious presence is essential.
    • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
