Our client is seeking a Performance Specialist to support the Performance Measurement & Analytics team, focusing on custom SMA reporting and analytics. This role is critical to ensure continuity of client reporting and deliverables during a key transition period.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
  • Support performance measurement and analytics for custom SMA portfolios
  • Prepare and deliver client reporting and marketing performance materials
  • Perform performance calculations and validation of financial data
  • Manage and analyze large datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Collaborate with investment professionals and technical teams
  • Ensure timely delivery of custom reporting and analytics outputs
  • Maintain and improve reporting processes and data workflows
  • Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements
  • Strong experience in performance measurement within asset management or financial services
  • Expertise in performance calculations and financial data analysis
