HEAD PAINTER - CREW LEAD PAY & BENEFITS
  • $24.00 - $34.00 per hour, depending on experience
  • Performance bonuses for meeting targets (up to an additional $3.00/hour)

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Painting experience
  • Ability to run jobs from beginning to end with minimal assistance from management
  • Ability to safely perform physically demanding work, including climbing ladders, lifting equipment, and working on your feet all day
  • Customer service mindset
  • Valid driver's license
  • Commitment to completing high-quality work while staying on schedule

It's not required, but we'd prefer that our Head Painter - Crew Lead have at least 3 years of experience in residential painting and experience leading a small crew. Surface prep and coating application knowledge would be valuable. We're looking for an honest, communicative, and professional person who can manage others, delegate assignments, and ensure alignment with performance standards and customer requirements.
