Under the authority of the head of the pharmacy department or the responsible manager, the incumbent contributes to the optimization of pharmacotherapy in oncology, participates in the validation of therapeutic protocols, supervises the safe preparation of treatments and collaborates closely with the interdisciplinary team in order to offer high-quality specialized care. Main responsibilities: Analyze, validate and monitor prescriptions for chemotherapy, immunotherapy, hormone therapy and other oncological treatments. Participate in the development, application and revision of therapeutic protocols. Validate doses according to clinical, biological and pharmacokinetic parameters. Supervise the safe preparation of anticancer drugs and other sterile preparations. To detect, prevent and resolve problems related to pharmacotherapy. Advising doctors, nurses and other professionals on the optimal use of cancer treatments. Informing and supporting users regarding their treatments, side effects and preventive measures. Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and discussions of complex cases. Ensure the safe management of cytotoxic drugs in accordance with applicable standards. Contribute to quality assurance, pharmacovigilance and continuous improvement activities. Participate in the clinical training of pharmacy professionals and staff when required.
