We are now seeking an experienced, strategic and detail-oriented Head of Operations to lead our overall operational management work.


Position Summary:

The Head of Operations will be responsible for end-to-end operational management of the company, covering people & talent operations, financial & administrative operations, and cross-border business alignment. This role will build and optimize the companyโ€™s global operational system, unify cross-regional collaboration standards, ensure the efficient, stable and standardized operation of daily business, and provide strong operational support for the companyโ€™s product iteration, market expansion and team growth. Proficiency in both English and Chinese is essential to efficiently connect global teams and cross-border business resources.


Key Responsibilities:

  • People & Talent Operations: Build and iterate the companyโ€™s global talent operation and HR management system for AI business scenarios. Oversee full-cycle talent management including recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisal, training, incentive and retention. Lead the office team building and high-end AI talent recruitment, optimize organizational efficiency and corporate culture, and deliver data-driven talent strategy recommendations.
  • Financial & Administrative Operations: Manage end-to-end daily finance and administration work for the US Sunnyvale office. Establish standardized budget planning, expense approval, cost control and financial reconciliation processes. Take charge of office asset management, vendor coordination, facility maintenance and daily administrative affairs to ensure standardized, cost-effective and smooth office operations.
  • Cross-border Business Alignment: Leverage bilingual capabilities to connect US local teams, global headquarters and overseas partners. Align cross-border business strategies, project schedules, resource allocation and operational standards. Resolve cross-regional collaboration bottlenecks timely, optimize cross-border operation processes, and guarantee steady implementation of global business projects.
  • Global Operation System Optimization: Build scalable and standardized global operation systems tailored for fast-growing AI software business. Sort out operational workflows of all modules, identify potential operational risks, and launch targeted optimization and improvement plans continuously.
  • Strategic Operation Management: Assist senior leadership in formulating overall operational strategies and annual work plans. Responsible for the implementation, supervision, assessment and iteration of operational work, comprehensively improving the companyโ€™s overall operational efficiency and standardized management level.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or above, major in Business Administration, Operation Management, Finance, Human Resource Management or related fields is preferred;
  • 5+ years of senior operation management experience, with working experience in Internet, AI software, technology startup or cross-border enterprise operation management is highly preferred;
  • Fluent in oral and written English and Mandarin, capable of barrier-free cross-border business communication, negotiation and document drafting;
  • Solid experience in people & talent operation, financial & administrative operation management, familiar with the operational management mode of US local enterprises and cross-border collaborative operation rules;
  • Excellent cross-departmental and cross-border coordination ability, logical thinking ability, data analysis ability and problem-solving ability, able to efficiently solve complex operational and collaborative problems;
  • Strong strategic awareness, systematic thinking and execution ability, able to build and optimize operational systems and processes independently;
  • Proactive work attitude, strong sense of responsibility and pressure resistance, adaptable to the fast-paced development rhythm of AI technology enterprises;
  • Familiar with the local talent market, enterprise operation management and industry resources is a plus.
