Viridian Staffing is seeking a seasoned Head of Cultivation to join our client's cannabis operation in Illinois. In this role, you'll lead a team across all aspects of cultivation operations. You'll be responsible for directing a team of department leads while overseeing daily workflows, ensuring quality control, and supporting ongoing improvements in yield, efficiency, and compliance. Your leadership will play a key role in guiding production and maintaining a safe, organized, and productive environment. The ideal candidate will bring several years of experience managing cultivation teams in regulated environments. You're a hands-on, data-driven leader who understands how to manage people, optimize performance, and build systems that support scalable success. You're also comfortable using digital tools to track progress, monitor output, and report results. Solid communication and collaboration skills are essential, along with the ability to keep teams aligned and motivated. A professional demeanor and a passion for continuous improvement are a must. Cultivation management experience with regulated cannabis operations is required.
