Overview

Technischer Leiter | Head of Engineering & Technical Management (m/w/d).

In direkter Berichtslinie zum Werksleiter bist du als Technischer Leiter (m/w/d) für eine reibungslose Technik sowie für Investitionen und Facility-Management verantwortlich. Eine wesentliche Aufgabe besteht in der Weiterführung und Konzeption der zukünftigen Fabrikerweiterung. Die Arbeit erfolgt in der Regel vor Ort, weil die Rolle von persönlicher Präsenz und enger Zusammenarbeit lebt.

Responsibilities
  • Leiten und Durchführen von technischen Projekten (Prozesstechnik, Bauprojekte etc.)
  • Führung, Motivation und Entwicklung der direkten und indirekten Mitarbeitenden (Instandhaltung, Project Engineering etc.)
  • Übergreifende Sicherstellung der Störungsbeseitigung an technischen Systemen und Anlagen
  • Planung und Einhaltung von Wartungs-, Instandhaltungs- und Investitionsbudgets
  • Weiterentwicklung des Werks/Standorts sowie Festlegung von Standards auf Basis der Group-Supply-Chain-Strategie
  • Koordination, Durchführung und Kontrolle der OE-Maßnahmen, um Verbesserungen nachhaltig zu integrieren
  • Aktives Qualitäts-, Sicherheits-, Umwelt- und Gesundheitsmanagement
Qualifications
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der Ingenieurwissenschaften oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung in leitender Position, idealerweise im Bereich der Werkstechnik
