Our client is seeking a VP of Finance to lead its accounting and finance function following a recent departure. This role reports directly to the CEO and plays a key part in supporting a growing company with a strong project pipeline.
Key Responsibilities for the VP of Finance:
  • Lead cash management (top priority)
  • Oversee financial reporting, WIP, and cost analysis
  • Manage accounting team (Controller, AP, AR, Project Accounting)
  • Support ESOP reporting and payouts
Qualifications for the VP of Finance:
  • Strong accounting and financial leadership experience
  • Proven cash flow management experience
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
