Job description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Enable commercial segment strategies through Salesforce CRM capabilities to track sales activity and enable a relationship approach to managing and growing client relationships.
  • Deliver actionable opportunities to acquire new customer relationships and deepen existing relationships, through the delivery of behavioral insights into sales platforms.
  • Drive business ownership and capability development of the Salesforce CRM platform.
  • Partner with commercial and data teams to improve data integrity of client-banker relationships and to build a full-relationship view of customers, across business segments.
  • Develop new data sources and measurement capabilities to increase sales effectiveness.
  • Build and lead a team of high-performing business analysts; develop talent to increase data capabilities and financial acumen across the bank.

Required Skills:
  • Prior experience with business leadership of CRM systems (such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) to enable sales effectiveness.
  • Hands-on experience in translating business objectives into data needs and building metrics to answer key questions.
  • Strong understanding of banking processes, including relationship selling, prospecting for new relationships and commercial lending workflow.
  • Prior experience working with client-facing teams such as sales, commercial and variety of internal middle and back-office functions preferably in financial services and/or highly regulated industry.
  • Proven ability to influence and partner at the senior leadership level.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and motivate high performing teams towards extraordinary levels of excellence and standards.
  • Superior presentation and storytelling skills, customer focus and ability to work in diverse, cross functional team environment.
  • Collaborative approach and ability to partner effectively with business, data, and technology teams.
  • Advanced knowledge of CRM platforms, especially sales-enabling and data/analytics capabilities.
  • Demonstrated record of influencing others through consensus building in a cross functional environment.

Required Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a quantitative discipline, such as Data Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Econometrics, Engineering, Sciences.
  • Minimum of 7 years working in a business analysis or process leadership role with hands-on experience in leading enterprise systems, delivering data and insights through CRM platforms.
  • Experience building and/or managing a team.

Preferred Required
  • Financial Services experience and knowledge of Retail/Commercial Banking industry, products, and data highly desired.
