Experience: VP

Salary: $180,000 - $200,000 per year

Job Details Responsibilities
  • Overseeing all fiscal and fiduciary responsibilities for the organization, in conjunction with the board of directors and the finance, audit, and investment committees of the board.
  • Developing and implementing strategies for the financial health of the company, including long-term financial planning and forecasting.
  • Managing and overseeing the entire accounting and finance departments, including multi-entity operations.
  • Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local legal requirements by researching existing and new legislation, consulting with outside advisors, and filing financial reports.
  • Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the executive management team.
  • Implementing and managing all financial controls and systems within the business, and ensuring that the companyโ€™s budgeting processes are carried out and reviewed.
  • Managing organizational cash flow and forecasting.
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the CEO and board of directors.
  • Working closely with other senior executives to accelerate company growth and profitability.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial managerial position, with a proven track record of success.
  • An MBA or related advanced degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred
  • Prior experience in the Manufacturing or similar industry is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience as a Vice President or Director in a similar industry.
  • Expertise in multi-entity accounting and financial systems.
  • Strong knowledge of data analysis, risk management, and forecasting methods.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage, guide, and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.
  • High integrity and openness combined with a commitment to good governance.
  • A hands-on manager with integrity and a desire to work in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
