Schedule: Day Shift | Monday–Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

Functional Area: Human Resources / Learning & Development

Job Summary

We are seeking a Training Coordinator / Learning & Development Coordinator to support employee learning, training, onboarding, leadership development, and organizational development initiatives within a large healthcare organization.

The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating and delivering employee development programs, strong presentation and facilitation skills, and hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Research training materials, methodologies, and industry best practices to support employee development programs.
  • Develop, update, and modify training courses, presentations, and educational materials.
  • Establish and maintain training curricula aligned with organizational needs.
  • Coordinate and facilitate employee training programs through virtual, in-person, and other learning formats.
  • Deliver new employee orientation and organizational onboarding programs.
  • Support new leader orientation and leadership development initiatives.
  • Facilitate employee experience and organizational culture training programs.
  • Coordinate and deliver technical training and other educational programs.
  • Schedule training sessions, coordinate enrollment, and manage administrative aspects of learning programs.
  • Work closely with the Organizational Development & Learning (OD&L) team and other internal stakeholders.
  • Present complex business and technical information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously while prioritizing deadlines and deliverables.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail and resolve training-related issues.
  • Collaborate with employees, managers, and leaders at all organizational levels.
  • Travel between organizational locations as needed, with applicable mileage reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or 5+ years of equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience coordinating and delivering employee development or training programs for employees at various organizational levels.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Experience creating, updating, and delivering training programs.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to interact professionally with individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Willingness to travel or commute between work locations as required.
  • Healthcare experience preferred.
