Job description

Job Description TTM Healthcare are working in tandem with Odyssey Social Care to recruit a National Head of Quality and Risk to be based in their Sandyford Dublin HQ. This Role will report directly to the CEO of Odyssey Social care and have responsibility for the Quality Assurance Auditor. The role is Monday to Friday 9-5 and will involve some countrywide travel from time to time.

The Head of Quality and Risk will have lead responsibility in developing and implementing quality, and risk management arrangements. This will include compliance, accreditation and supporting a culture of learning and continuous quality improvement The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years senior management experience and will come from a Healthcare setting. The candidate will have experience in Managing a Quality and Risk function or at least a Regional Operational Management role in a Healthcare Setting.

Experience of working as part of a senior management team within a healthcare organisation is paramount. A minimum of a Third level qualification in a healthcare related degree is also required. This organisation is dynamic and expansive and requires an individual with strong communication and organisational skill with a record of senior responsibility and timely reporting.
