We are seeking a Business Development Manager to support the Operations Leadership team in Calgary identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities across our growing portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who is energized by relationship-building, motivated by results, and excited to help shape the future of mobility and real estate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand the firms business strategy to effectively develop opportunities for implementing the company’s technology ecosystem solution with smaller real estate owners
  • Source opportunities through relationship, research, and network
  • Manage the sales process from identification through closing, including preparing the necessary documentation for meetings, client follow up, contract documentation
  • Capable of managing and maintaining multiple relationships with property owners, asset managers, property managers, and center managers
  • Own and control the sales process for Reimagined Parking’s solutions and suite of offerings within a specific territory, including engaging and managing internal/external stakeholders, and maintaining sales momentum towards closing deals
  • Maintain a detailed pipeline of activity for use by management to understand and track work in progress, including client, location, size of site, revenue EBITDA, and gross margin
  • Prepare summaries prior to client meetings with background for other participants attending the meeting, including client background, site overview, opportunities for Reimagined Parking, and expectations
  • Write up and circulate notes on meetings conducted on prospective sites and clients
  • Manage the contract negotiation process for new site acquisition
  • Understand site level performance for individual sites
  • Complete internal requests for information from other departments, including operations
  • Travel from place to place as required
  • Work on special projects to be determined by the head of strategic real estate partnership


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage multiple projects/investment opportunities at once
  • Minimum 3-5 years of consultative sales experience selling B2B services in a prospecting-driven, metrics-based environment, preferably within the Parking Industry, or a related real estate services industry such as security or building services
  • Demonstrated superior qualification skills in following a sales process to close
  • Extensive experience working in a dynamic and fast growing B2B environment, ideally one that is delivering disruptive solutions to prospective partners
  • You love selling and have expertise in managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • You have strategic, elevated business and financial acumen. You diagnose nuanced and unique business challenges, and deliver tailored, thoughtful, and persuasive business and technical solutions for your valued customers
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills: oral/written communication, presenting skills, and ability to collaborate with and engage individuals at all levels of an organization
  • You exhibit resilience and creativity in your hunt for new business, boldness in your approach to engaging prospects and tenacity in your pursuit to win deals.
  • You are a solutions expert who can easily grasp key areas of concern and provide Reimagined Parking solutions to solve. You articulate their value to business buyers operating across a diverse range of business contexts.
