  • Define and oversee executive-level content strategy, ensuring experiences are grounded in differentiated thought leadership, customer insight, and Genesys' corporate narrative
  • Build and scale event-driven demand generation strategies that improve pipeline quality, increase conversion rates, and accelerate deal progression across enterprise accounts
  • Implement performance frameworks that measure pipeline contribution, executive engagement quality, customer retention impact, and return on investment
  • Leverage data, analytics, and attribution models to optimize investment strategy, audience targeting, event mix, and overall business contribution
  • Influence executive stakeholders to expand thought leadership presence, customer participation, and external visibility across strategic events
  • Build strategic partnerships with media, analysts, academic institutions, and industry leaders to extend reach and reinforce market credibility
  • Lead and develop a high-performing global events organization, strengthening leadership capability and driving operational excellence across distributed teams
  • Drive adoption of AI, automation, and advanced event technologies to enhance personalization, engagement, and post-event follow-up at scale
  • Ensure strong operational discipline across budget management, vendor partnerships, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications:
