Job Summary: The Director, Demand Generation leads the strategy, execution, and optimization of revenue-focused marketing programs that generate qualified demand, accelerate pipeline creation, and drive growth across new logo acquisition and existing client expansion. This role is responsible for building a modern demand generation engine within a growing MSP/MSSP business, owning integrated campaign strategy, account-based engagement, digital demand programs, marketing automation, lead management, and performance reporting. The Director partners closely with sales leadership, revenue operations, account management, and service line leaders to align marketing efforts directly to pipeline, bookings, and revenue outcomes.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
  • Direct, manage, and oversee the development and execution of demand generation campaigns focused on generating and nurturing qualified leads
  • Establish and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy aligned to marketing and sales objectives, with a focus on pipeline growth and revenue impact
  • Lead account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to target ICP accounts, activate buying groups, and deliver high-intent engagement
  • Own integrated campaign planning across digital channels, content, events, and outbound programs
  • Optimize marketing programs continuously based on performance data, market conditions, and emerging opportunities
  • Develop and manage marketing automation, lead lifecycle processes, and funnel optimization strategies
  • Define KPIs, forecast lead generation, and build dashboards to monitor and report on performance
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness and ROI, including impact on pipeline, bookings revenue, and conversion metrics
  • Partner cross-functionally with CRO, Sales Teams, Solutions Enablement Team, Finance, and Operational Leadership to ensure alignment on growth priorities
  • Support executive leadership in defining marketing strategy, organizational goals, and long-term growth plans
  • Build and develop a high-performing demand generation team and scalable marketing infrastructure
