The Head of Brakewise will lead the execution of Brakewise’s growth strategy, ensuring successful customer onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion while establishing scalable operating processes that support long-term success. This role will oversee customer-facing functions and partner closely with sales leadership to optimize market penetration, customer outcomes, and recurring revenue growth.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a builder who enjoys launching innovative products, solving problems, working directly with customers, creating scalable processes, and transforming emerging technology into a successful SaaS business.

  • Collaborate with ATI leadership on planning, forecasting, and business priorities.
  • Drive adoption and expansion across customer segments and distribution channels.

Customer Success & Market Adoption

  • Own customer onboarding, implementation, adoption, retention, and expansion strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and strategic partners.
  • Ensure customers achieve measurable value from the Brakewise platform.

  • Monitor industry trends, competitive solutions, and emerging technologies.
  • Support successful launch and adoption of new product features and capabilities.
  • Help shape the long-term vision and positioning of Brakewise.

Go-to-Market Strategy & Commercial Execution

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new customers, markets, and channels.
  • Partner with marketing and sales teams on positioning, messaging, pricing, and customer acquisition initiatives.
  • Lead launch planning and market rollout activities.
  • Support sales teams through customer engagement, industry expertise, and strategic relationship development.
  • Identify opportunities to expand Brakewise into dealerships, independent service providers, tire retailers, fleets, aftermarket organizations, and other automotive channels.
