Partnering closely with Endress+Hauser Sales Centers throughout the Americas, you'll support market expansion initiatives, pricing strategies, forecasting efforts, and private‑label business growth. Your leadership will help strengthen market presence while ensuring alignment across regional and global teams.

Which tasks will you perform?

  • Create and execute strategies that deliver profitable growth
  • Identify emerging market opportunities and industry trends
  • Strengthen collaboration between production, product management, and sales organizations
  • Drivie accountability through meaningful KPIs and performance metrics
  • Support long‑term business planning through forecasting and market intelligence
What do we expect from you?
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
  • 7+ years of experience in process instrumentation, industrial automation, or technical sales
  • Proven ability to develop business strategies and lead commercial growth initiatives
  • Strong understanding of industrial process industries and customer applications
What can you expect from us?
  • Family‑owned, highly committed global company with a sustainable vision of the future.
