The Head of Marketing & Demand Generation will lead the development and execution of VISO TRUST's global marketing strategy, driving demand generation, pipeline growth, and brand positioning within the cybersecurity and risk management market.
This role requires a strategic and hands-on leader who can build and scale the marketing function from the ground up. Working closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams, the role will be responsible for delivering high-impact marketing initiatives that support business growth and market expansion.
About You
You've owned a regional marketing function before. That means the budget, KPIs, the pipeline number, and the plan to hit it. You've marketed enterprise software into GRC, cybersecurity, enterprise risk, TPRM or a closely adjacent market, so you already know the buyers and what actually gets a CISO or a Head of TPRM to engage.
What You'll Do
Regional Marketing Strategy & Leadership
  • Own regional pipeline generation through integrated marketing programs spanning digital, field and account-based marketing initiatives.
  • Own the regional marketing plan, budget, pipeline contribution and overall marketing performance.
  • Establish clear regional marketing priorities, KPIs and success metrics, providing regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Lead and develop the regional marketing team, ensuring the successful delivery of regional marketing strategy, programs and commercial outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary marketing leader and trusted business partner for regional Sales leadership.
  • Accountable for regional marketing performance, using data-driven insights to optimize results and provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership.

Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth
  • Own regional pipeline generation through integrated marketing programs spanning digital, field, partner and account-based marketing initiatives.
  • Develop campaign strategies that drive awareness, engagement, pipeline and revenue while adapting global programs to regional market needs.
  • Personally contribute to campaign planning, execution and optimization while leveraging Shared Services and Product Marketing to maximize scale and effectiveness.
  • Partner with Sales to optimize lead quality, conversion rates, pipeline velocity and overall commercial performance.
  • Monitor campaign and pipeline performance, leveraging data and insights to optimize marketing investment, conversion rates and ROI.

Go-to-Market & Regional Activation
  • Lead the regional execution of go-to-market initiatives, ensuring successful market adoption of new products, capabilities and strategic campaigns.
  • Shape regional market positioning and campaign strategy by translating global messaging into compelling narratives that resonate with regional buyers, industries and market dynamics.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to localize messaging, value propositions and launch plans for regional audiences.
  • Translate corporate marketing initiatives into effective regional programs that resonate with target buyers and industry segments.
  • Identify regional market opportunities, customer trends and competitive dynamics to inform marketing strategy and business growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Lead cross-functional marketing initiatives in partnership with Shared Services, Global Content, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and external partners.
  • Lead cross-functional planning and campaign brief development to ensure effective execution across Shared Services, Content and Product Marketing.
  • Partner with global marketing teams to ensure brand consistency while adapting execution to regional market requirements.
  • Act as the regional voice of the customer by sharing market insights, customer feedback and campaign learnings to influence global marketing strategy.

Regional Marketing Execution
  • Lead the successful delivery of integrated regional marketing campaigns, events, webinars and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Personally contribute to high-impact marketing initiatives including campaign development, messaging, executive presentations, events and performance analysis.
  • Manage regional agencies and external vendors to extend marketing capabilities and drive execution excellence.
  • Ensure all regional marketing activities reflect brand standards while delivering measurable commercial outcomes.

What You Bring
  • Experience marketing enterprise software into GRC, cybersecurity, enterprise risk, TPRM, operational resilience or a closely adjacent market.
  • 10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including regional or field marketing in a high growth SaaS or enterprise technology business, with direct accountability for pipeline and commercial outcomes.
  • Strong grasp of modern B2B demand generation across digital, field and ABM channels.
  • Track record partnering with Sales leadership, Product Marketing and executive leadership on regional GTM strategies.
  • Experience using marketing technology, CRM and analytics platforms to optimize performance, HubSpot and Salesforce experience highly desirable.
  • Private equity backed, high growth SaaS experience is a strong plus.
