They are known for delivering high-touch, best-in-class service to a sophisticated client base and are currently investing in building a best-in-class administrative support function across their U.S. offices.


THE ROLE

This is a senior leadership opportunity for a Head of Administration to design, implement, and lead a firmwide administrative support model. This individual will oversee a team of ~100 administrative professionals across multiple U.S. offices and drive a high-performing, service-oriented support function.

The role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, responsible for establishing service excellence, optimizing resource models, and ensuring seamless support delivery in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining and leading a scalable, enterprise-wide administrative support model aligned to business and client needs
  • Driving transformation initiatives including change management, implementation, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations including workflow management, capacity planning, and service levels
  • Establishing performance metrics, governance frameworks, and consistent service standards across offices
