Head of National Sales - Time Critical Logistics Dallas, TX | Full-Time
Role Overview
Sciens Logistics is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Head of National Sales to lead our newly established National Sales Office in Dallas, Texas. This is a unique opportunity for a proven logistics sales leader to build, develop, and scale a national sales organization while owning revenue growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in time-critical logistics and freight forwarding, a track record of building high-performing sales teams, and the ability to drive strategic growth initiatives. As Head of National Sales, you will be responsible for the overall commercial success of the office, including revenue generation, sales leadership, talent development, and P&L performance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and grow the National Sales Office in Dallas
  • Develop and execute national sales strategies focused on profitable growth
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Establish performance metrics, KPIs, and accountability standards across the sales organization
