Job description

Summary:
This role is responsible for set up the foamline machine and provides direction to foamline colleagues.
Essential Functions:
  • Enter work orders into the system.
  • Answer questions, assist in troubleshooting process and product issues. Coordinate support activities for other areas of production.
  • Maintain a safe work environment and actively participate in safety initiatives.
  • Support employee training and direction on the foam line.
  • Partner with the engineers and supervisors to help develop sound operator work instructions, train new operators to those work instructions.
  • Work toward continuous process improvements; participate and/or support on improvement teams as appropriate.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent. May consider equivalent work experience in lieu of education
  • 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • General computer software skills
