BUS DRIVERS WANTED
Position: 9.5 months 5.5 hours/day (M-F)
Starting Pay: $22.00 per hour and up (depending on verified experience)
No Experience? We will train you! Paid Training!
Great job for retirees! Work 27.5 hours per week and get health, dental, vision, and life insurance; sick leave; and a pension plan!

Essential Job Functions:
Provide safe transport to and from school and school-related activities (including games and field trips) for Parkway students, teachers, coaches, parents. Drivers are required to inspect bus before and after each route, keep the bus interior clean, and maintain route sheets.
Qualifications:
  • Willing to be trained or possess valid Commercial Drivers License (CDL) class A or B, without airbrake restrictions and with "S" (school bus) and "P" (passenger) endorsements
  • Pass annual physical, including pre-employment and random drug tests
  • Relates well to children
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively to students, parents, school personnel, and others
  • Ability to remain calm, rational, and focused in heavy traffic, inclement weather, and while dealing with students on bus and their parents
