About Us:

Soleno is a leading plastic pipe manufacturer dedicated to delivering high-quality products/services to our customers. We are committed to excellence and innovation in everything we do.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Seasonal Accessories Tech to fabricate and assemble structures using HDPE pipes and sheets, including measuring, cutting, and welding (plastic) materials, while adhering to specifications, quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.
This is a temporary/seasonal position beginning on or around April 1 and lasting no longer than 6 months with employment based on production needs.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Set up, operate, and maintain machinery according to established procedures and guidelines.
·         Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure smooth operation and prevent downtime.
·         Monitor machines during operation to detect any malfunctions or defects.
·         Troubleshoot issues and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality and machine efficiency.
·         Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
·         Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
·         Keep accurate records of machine operations and maintenance activities.
·         Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
·         Ability to pivot and carry out whatever duties are required on and off the production floor
 

Qualifications:

·         High school diploma or equivalent.
·         Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing or production environment.
·         Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
·         Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.
·         Basic computer skills for recording data and communicating with team members.
·         Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
·         Commitment to safety and following established procedures and guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

·         Vocational or technical training in machine operation or a related field.
·         Experience operating specific types of machinery relevant to our industry.
·         Certification or training in safety procedures and protocols
·         Construction or building background
