Job Description:

We are looking for temporary Packers to play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring that our plastic bags are efficiently and accurately packed. The ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to maintaining the quality and integrity of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently pack plastic bags according to production specifications and quality standards.
  • Conduct basic quality checks on packed bags for defects or issues and report any discrepancies.
  • Follow packing guidelines and procedures to ensure the integrity and appearance of the finished product.
  • Maintain a clean and organized packing area, disposing of waste and packaging materials appropriately.
  • Communicate any shortages, quality concerns, or equipment issues to the Shift Supervisor or relevant personnel.
  • Read and follow packing instructions and safety guidelines to ensure compliance and product quality.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure a smooth flow of finished products for packing.
