GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Manager is responsible for leading the administration and compliance of the Housing Choice Voucher Program in accordance with HUD regulations and Raleigh Housing Authority policies. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Leased Housing, this role ensures efficient program operations, regulatory compliance adherence to all federal, state, and local requirements, and high-quality customer service.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work with a diverse group of program participants.
