Job description

HCT seeks an experienced professional to serve as the Interim Clinical Manager, OPS/Endo for a 250 bed hospital in California.


Responsibilities include:

  • Leading, controlling, planning, organizing and evaluating the timely, effective and efficient delivery of the departmentโ€™s operations on a 24-hour basis.
  • Oversight of OPS (Pre-op/PAT/Phase 2) and Endo.


Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelors required,
  • Experience: Periop background required, Peri-anesthesia background (ASPAN aligned experience), Endo knowledge strongly preferred. Minimum of three (3) years of clinical nursing experience, including one (1) year of management, supervisory or leadership.
  • License: CA RN required
  • Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
  • EMR: Epic
  • Schedule: 5 8's and 4 10's with some flexibility
