For the expansion of our international DT Commercialization team, argenx is looking for a Digital Technology (DT) Product Owner - US HCP Experience
Purpose of the Function
This role will own and direct the technology vision and value delivery for the entire US Healthcare Professional (HCP) Experience. It is accountable for translating the strategic goals of the US Commercialization organization into an integrated product vision and a prioritized portfolio of work. By governing the unified backlog for all US HCP-facing technologies, championing a seamless and effective user experience, and communicating the realized business value to senior leadership, this position is directly responsible for ensuring our technology ecosystem is a key driver of HCP engagement and Commercialization success in the US market.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Act as the lead business partner to US Commercialization teams, defining and championing a clear, integrated vision for all HCP engagement products and capabilities.
  • Own and direct the prioritization of a unified portfolio backlog of work across multiple delivery teams, ensuring alignment with US business strategy and priorities.
  • Serve as the lead steward for the end-to-end US HCP user experience, ensuring all digital touchpoints and platforms integrate into a coherent and effective ecosystem.
  • Define and hold accountability for the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the entire US HCP technology portfolio, continuously measuring business value.
  • Communicate performance, strategy, and roadmaps to senior US Commercialization leadership, using data-driven insights to guide strategic investment decisions.
  • Govern the intake and demand process for all US HCP technology requests, ensuring a clear and transparent prioritization process.
  • Collaborate with global product leaders and enterprise architects to ensure the US technology strategy is aligned with the global vision while meeting local needs.
  • Provide strategic direction and mentorship to delivery teams and other product owners, empowering them to execute effectively against the product vision.
  • Up to 20% travel required

Skills and Competencies
  • Deep knowledge of product leadership, with proven experience defining and executing a product vision and strategy for a complex business domain.
  • Skilled in senior stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and build consensus with Commercialization VPs and directors.
  • Ability to own and direct the prioritization of a large, complex product portfolio based on strategic value and business outcomes.
  • Expert knowledge of the US pharmaceutical Commercialization model and the digital technologies that underpin the HCP experience (e.g., CRM, marketing automation).
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively together within cross-functional teams and networks.
  • Demonstrated communication skills, within a multi-cultural and multi-lingual global environment.
  • Is agile and demonstrates adaptability, comfort with ambiguity, trust-building, and resilience.
  • Derives energy from operating in a dynamic, complex, fast-moving, and frequently changing business environment.

Education, Experience & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or master's Degree preferred in Information Technology or related fields.
  • 8+ years' experience as a Senior Product Owner, Product Lead, or a similar role leading a product portfolio for a Commercialization function.
  • 8+ Years experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry, with an expert-level understanding of the US Commercialization market and HCP engagement strategies.
  • 5+ years' experience owning a multi-year product roadmap and presenting strategy and business value to senior executive leadership

For applicants in the United States: The annual base salary hiring range for this position is $184,000.00 - $253,000.00 USD. This range reflects our good faith estimate at the time of posting. Individual compensation is determined using objective, inclusive, and job-related criteria such as relevant experience, skills, demonstrated competencies and internal equity. This means actual pay may differ from the posted range when justified by these factors. Because market conditions evolve, pay ranges are reviewed regularly and may be adjusted to remain aligned with external benchmarks.
This job is eligible to participate in our short-term and long-term incentive programs, subject to the terms and conditions of those plans and applicable policies.
