Job description

  • Looking for hands-on experienced oracle HCM implementation solution architect with expertise in Core HR, Recruit, Absence Management, OTL, Payroll.
  • Strong Emphasis on Solution design and experience in coming up with innovative solutions for complex business problems.
  • Experience with Payroll is an added advantage.
  • Strong experience setting and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud modules 
  • Experience with VBS Personlizations and Oracle Redwood UI.
  • Understands annual business cycles and how to set up configurations.
  • Experience desired in majority of the HCM Cloud Modules Core HR, Compensation, Talent Management, Benefits, Payroll and Time and Labor
  • Techno Functional Expertise in above modules will be preferred.
  • Ability to document requirement and functional specification documentation for system enhancements and regulatory changes.
  • Query writing and execution, data validation and analysis.
  • Experience writing use cases, test cases, and test scripts, configurations, reports, and interfaces for all common SDLC test phases, including FIT/SIT, UAT, regression, performance, and DR test phases. Experience using Jira is a plus
  • Experience leading functional reviews with business partners, including facilitation, problem negotiation, and mediation.
  • Understands waterfall software development lifecycle, familiarity with an agile methodology is a plus.
  • 15 years as Business/Applications or System Analyst supporting Oracle HCM Cloud modules
