HCL Global Systems Inc is launching a strategic transformation program aimed at modernizing client services in Commercial Banking. They are seeking an experienced Scrum Master II to support Agile delivery across multiple pods, particularly focusing on Single Sign-On (SSO) portals and application integrations.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and support 2+ Agile pods, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Coach teams on Agile and Scrum principles, ensuring adherence to best practices and continuous improvement
• Partner with Product/Experience Owners, Engineering, and Banking stakeholders to align delivery with business priorities
• Facilitate story writing, backlog refinement, prioritization, and readiness to ensure sprint goals are met
• Enable teams to identify, manage, and remove impediments and dependencies, particularly across core banking systems
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to drive cross-team coordination and resource alignment
• Use Agile metrics to track progress, highlight risks, and drive actionable insights through retrospectives
