Job description

Join the dedicated team at our HCF Marion Branch. Every day, you'll have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service.

About the Role

As a Branch Member Consultant at HCF, you'll be the face of Australia's largest Not-For-Profit Health Fund! Your personal touch will help guide our members in making informed healthcare choices.

We currently have 2 part-time positions based in our busy HCF Marion Branch. Both positions will be a total of 22.5 hours per week, and will involve working across 3 days (8:45am - 5pm on these days). We can be flexible with the exact spread of days, and this will be discussed the successful candidates during the recruitment process.

You will also be required to work 1 - 2 Saturday's per month (Saturday trading hours are 10am - 2pm).

Please note there will be one week of training in our Head Office in Sydney CBD (commencing 15th June), with travel and accommodation arranged in advance. You will also be required to work full time hours for approximately 4 weeks during your initial training period.

We also offer one Family & Friends day and 3 additional flexible leave days each year, giving you more freedom to recharge, manage personal commitments, and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Responsibilities

  • Embrace face-to-face and telephone needs-based selling, highlighting our diverse range of health, life, and other insurance products. This may also include opportunities to broaden your business development skills outside of the HCF branch and in your local community.
  • Ensure resolutions to our members' problems that go beyond expectations.
  • Maintain the accuracy of our membership information in accordance with organisational policies and procedures.
