Job Summary and Qualifications

The Technical Residency Program is an apprenticeship program for junior technical analyst, developers, programmers and researchers. We are providing a learning opportunity for you to gain on-the-job training and experience in the field while building a strong colleague network within the organization. You will be assigned professional development sessions, a mentor, a project, and an opportunity to learn from industry leaders in the field of healthcare technology. Technical Resident apprenticeships are 6-months long with the opportunity to be considered for conversion to a full-time employee. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Work alongside other team members and key partners on your assigned sponsored team 
  • Collaborate with an assigned mentor who will help you navigate the challenges associated with being an ITG employee 
  • Continually grow – professionally and personally through various learning and development opportunities

  • Candidates looking to start their career in tech or re-enter the workforce 
  • Experience working collaboratively and clearly communicating in a professional work environment 
  • Self-motivated and eager candidates with a passion for solving problems 
  • During your time as a Technical Resident, you will be part of the solution. You will be a part of helping physicians and clinicians improve patient care, increase efficiency and solve many other critical challenges facing healthcare today. 

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled or recent graduate from a technical school or pursuing a Bachelors/Master’s Degree 
  • Interest in technology
