Caregiver (HCA)

We are looking for qualified caregivers for in-home care services!

Pay Rate: Starting at $19/hr

Schedule: Monday ~ Sunday

Our Mission: "Improving the quality of life for those we serve."

Right at Home provides a range of non-medical in-home care services which allows our clients to remain safe and independent in their homes and communities. We are seeking experienced, motivated, compassionate caregivers who are dedicated to making a difference in the world of caregiving.

What You Will Do:

As a caregiver with Right at Home, you’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and make a real difference in the lives of our clients. Your role will focus on helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life by supporting them with everyday tasks—such as: *activities of daily living (ADLs), *meal preparation, *medication reminders, *local errands and transportation, *light housekeeping, and *social engagement. Your compassion and dedication will help create a sense of comfort, connection, and joy for the individuals you care for.

What You Will Need:

  • Candidates must be professional, flexible, and have a passion for helping others

  • Able to pass LiveScan background check

  • Be 18 years or older

  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent

  • 2 year minimum professional care giving experience

  • Reliable transportation with proof of current vehicle registration and insurance

  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record OR valid California ID

  • Basic English communication skills (verbal and written)
