Job description

Overview:

Mr. Jenkins Told Me You're a Night Owl!

You love plumbing, but you don't wanna have to deal with early morning calls. You'd much rather work in the evenings!

We've got the perfect job for you! You won't have to start work til the afternoon, and you'll be paid well. Really well.

You could be our newest Service Plumber on our evening shift!

All About YOU

  • You’re a great communicator. You explain things well, and the people around you love that you’re never condescending about it.
  • You've been in plumbing for three years or more.
  • You’re not afraid of tricky plumbing problems, and you're competitive. And when you know a plumbing issue can’t be fixed with a repair alone, you know when to recommend installs to customers instead
Responsibilities:

As a Service Plumber, you’ll:

  • Perform diagnostic repair service calls. When someone’s plumbing is wreaking havoc, you’ll swoop in to save the day!
  • Address customer concerns. You’ll make friends. And you’ll get paid for it.  Sometimes, people get a bit stressed when their plumbing is acting up, but you know just the words to say to put them at ease! You’ll make sure they’re happy and confident in you and in Morris-Jenkins.
  • Hand off larger repairs to plumbing installers. You can focus on the things you do best and leave the big, time-consuming installs (water heater replacements, re-pipes, etc.) to the plumbing installation team. That way, you can move on to your next call, where you can let your strengths shine!
