Nell'ambito del rafforzamento del proprio team di professionisti, Havas Media Network e alla ricerca di un/a Head of Havas Market, figura che avra il ruolo di guidare la practice Havas Market, the house of E-commerce, Performance & Retail Media di Havas Media.
Il ruolo ha l'obiettivo di sviluppare soluzioni end-to-end per i clienti, ottimizzando la presenza sui marketplace, canali D2C, social commerce e sviluppare strategie retail media online e offline.
La risorsa e un esperto di e-commerce di livello internazionale e rappresenta il business owner per la gestione, crescita ed evoluzione della practice digitale retail di Havas Media. E responsabile dello sviluppo dell'offerta di consulenza eCommerce e Retail Media e della definizione della metodologia operativa e della costruzione di partnership con i principali player locali e globali del settore.
Responsabilita Principali
Strategia e Sviluppo
Definire e implementare la strategia eCommerce e Retail Media per clienti nazionali e internazionali;
Contribuire alla definizione, contenuto ed evoluzione dei prodotti e servizi eCommerce e Retail Media dell'agenzia;
Sviluppare la metodologia di consulenza eCommerce e i relativi processi;
Valutare e proporre alleanze strategiche con partner specializzati, piattaforme tecnologiche, strumenti di bidding, campaign management, audit e analytics.
Gestione Operativa
Coordinare team multidisciplinari (media, creativita, tech, data) per progetti integrati;
Gestire le attivita su marketplace (Amazon, Zalando, eBay, Privalia, Veepee, TikTok Shop ecc.), inclusa la creazione di store, contenuti A+, campagne pubblicitarie e la gestione operativa delle attivita di vendita;
Collaborare con i team di prodotto e logistica per ottimizzare l'esperienza d'acquisto;
Sviluppare modelli D2C e strategie di social commerce.
Business & Performance
Monitorare KPI di vendita, ROAS, conversion rate e performance media;
Gestire il P&L virtuale eCommerce, garantendo la crescita del portafoglio clienti e dei ricavi;
Identificare nuove opportunita di business e servizi a valore aggiunto;
Raggiungere gli obiettivi annuali di revenue e profittabilita fissati dal Gruppo.
Thought Leadership & Education
Ideare strategie eCommerce stand-alone o integrate per i clienti;
Sviluppare piani d'azione e metriche per misurare il successo delle campagne;
Monitorare costantemente l'evoluzione del settore eCommerce e anticiparne le implicazioni per i clienti;
Educare clienti e team interni su best practice e trend eCommerce attraverso case study e presentazioni.
Competenze Richieste
Strategia digitale e visione integrata del retail media on e offline;
Forte esperienza su marketplace (Amazon Vendor/Seller, Zalando, Ebay, TikTok, Privalia, Veepee ecc.);
Esperienza in advertising digitale (Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, Google Shopping);
Mentalita business-driven e capacita analitiche;
Leadership e gestione di team complessi;
Project management e delivery;
Orientamento al cliente, problem solving, comunicazione efficace;
Capacita di chiusura commerciale e sviluppo di nuove opportunita.
Requisiti
Laurea in Marketing, Economia, Digital Management o affini;
Esperienza di almeno 7-10 anni in ambito eCommerce, digital marketing o retail media;
Esperienza pregressa in agenzie ecommerce, media, tech company, retailer o brand D2C;
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
