Morpheus Enterprise is a leading hybrid cloud management platform that enables enterprises to provision, govern, automate, and manage workloads across diverse private and public cloud environments. We are seeking a Principal Product Manager, Technical – Hybrid Cloud to drive the vision, strategy, and execution for cloud management experiences across private cloud platforms such as VMware, Nutanix, Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization, and public cloud providers including AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and Kubernetes-based environments.

This is a highly visible leadership role for a product manager who combines deep infrastructure expertise, strong customer engagement skills, and strategic product thinking. What You’ll Do Define and Drive the Hybrid Cloud Management Strategy

Own the roadmap and product strategy for cloud management capabilities across private, public, and hybrid cloud environments. Identify opportunities to simplify infrastructure operations, improve governance, enhance automation, and deliver a consistent operating model across heterogeneous platforms.

Lead Cloud Platform Integration and Management Experiences

Drive capabilities that enable organizations to discover, provision, monitor, optimize, and govern workloads running across:

Drive Technical Product Leadership

Work across engineering, UX, solution architecture, support, and go-to-market teams to bring new features from concept through delivery. Provide technical leadership on product decisions involving cloud infrastructure, virtualization, Kubernetes, and platform operations.

Evangelize Product Vision and Capabilities

Serve as a trusted product expert for customers, partners, analysts, and internal teams. Lead customer discussions, participate in architecture reviews, deliver product demonstrations, and support executive briefings.

Shape Market and Competitive Direction

Monitor industry trends across cloud infrastructure, virtualization, Kubernetes, platform engineering, FinOps, automation, and AI-driven operations. Use competitive and customer insights to influence product strategy and market positioning.

Product Leadership
  • 8+ years of product management experience, including ownership of enterprise infrastructure, cloud, platform, or systems management products.
