Position Overview
A successful State Farm Agent is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their winning team. We seek an energetic individual interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer service experiences. Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships; follow up with customers as needed.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate insurance and financial products and services.
  • Collaborate with the agent to establish and meet marketing and sales goals.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with total commitment to success every day.

As an Agent Team Member, You Will Receive:

  • Property & Casualty License required
