• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' strengths and needs, allowing for tailored treatment approaches.
• Provide evidence-based therapy and counseling, utilizing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including medical professionals and addiction specialists, to deliver integrated care across various treatment modalities.
• Advocate for clients' rights, ensuring accessibility to community resources such as housing, employment assistance, and continued recovery programs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in electronic health records, adhering to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Engage actively in team meetings and case discussions to foster a culture of learning, sharing insights and strategies that enhance treatment effectiveness.

This role primarily focuses on individuals preparing for or in recovery from substance use disorders. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A current, valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.
• Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience providing direct social work services, particularly in mental health or addiction recovery settings.
• Expertise in performing diagnostic assessments and developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Demonstrated proficiency in therapeutic modalities relevant to substance use disorders.

• This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
