Salary Range: $15.50 per hours plus commission (commission based)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating vehicle repairs and maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you have a passion for Harley-Davidson and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
– Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome
– Listen to customer concerns and accurately document their vehicle’s issues
– Schedule appointments for vehicle repairs and maintenance
– Provide cost estimates for repairs and obtain customer approval
– Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
– Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicles
– Upsell additional services or products that may benefit the customer
- Process customer warranty and obtain authorization before beginning repairs
– Process payments and handle cash transactions
– Maintain accurate records of all service transactions, and customer communications.
Requirements:
– Previous experience in the automotive industry 
- Must be super organized and take responsibility 
– Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems
– Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
– Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical individuals
– Proficient in cash handling procedures
– Familiarity with BMW, Harley-Davidson, and Indian preferred.
– Knowledge of TalonEs.
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously without excuses

  • Minimum 40 hours per week - regular overtime required
