As a Harley-Davidson Service Technician, you’ll work on some of the most iconic motorcycles in the world. Whether it’s customizing a bike to perfection, bringing a classic ride back to life, or keeping our community safe and on the road — you’ll be the go-to expert.

You're a great fit if you have:

  • Graduation from a factory-certified training program (MMI preferred) or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Solid knowledge of Harley-Davidson motorcycles (or the drive to learn fast).
  • Your own tool set (or a plan to build one within 60 days).
  • A valid motorcycle endorsement and a clean driving record.
  • Strong attention to detail, good judgment, and the ability to stay cool under pressure.
  • A passion for motorcycles and the Harley-Davidson brand.
